FETTUCCINE
AL PEPERONCINO
con alici
Ingredients:
250g Fettuccine with chilli pepper,
450g anchovies, 200g green chillies,
garlic. Extra virgin olive oil, salt
and pepper. Preparation: Wash
and clean the anchovies and cut them
in small pieces. Put garlic and the
green chillies (cut in small slices)
in a big pan; let all brown for some
seconds in some olive oil by big heat.
Add anchovies and keep cooking in the
pan for 4 minutes. Cook Fettuccine with
chilli pepper in boiling salted water,
drain them "al dente" and throw them
in the pan with the anchovies sauce.
